Who knew what to expect in 2010? After a horrible 2009, we were, at best, expecting a more stable 2010 and more likely a bumpy ride as the economy coughed and spluttered its way through the year. Instead, we evidenced one of our strongest years of microscope sales in several years. Each month we suspended our disbelief, crossed our fingers and worked hard at customer service. Each month our microscope sales continued to grow strongly with the Holiday Season, in particular, showing growth of over 40% over 2009.
While we are grateful for this continued growth, more than anything we appreciate the increasing number of emails complimenting us on our customer service. Nothing is as satisfying as knowing that we have earned a satisfied customer and to all those of you who took the time to write – a BIG thank you.
In the New Year, we plan to launch a renovated web site. This web site is designed to improve our online customer service by adding a variety of helpful information at every step of the browsing and buying process – but as always – we are here at the end of a toll free telephone for those who need more personal service.
